Welland Laike has evolved a great deal since 1994 when we were headquartered in a backroom cubicle with our largest law firm client. We've now been in this take-no-prisoners business for more than 20 years, and we've excelled in nearly every discipline of integrated marketing communications (IMC), including brand management, advertising and public relations.
Technology, and in particular the steady ascendance of digital marketing, have transformed just about every aspect of HOW and WHERE we ply our craft. But the bottom line is always the bottom line: We deliver measurable results for our clients.

Steve Miller
Founder & CEO
Steve relishes his reputation as an outside-the-box communication strategist. He began his career as a reporter for one of Minnesota’s daily newspapers, moved to Washington, D.C. as press secretary to U.S. Congressman Timothy J. Penny, and worked for 10 years as account executive and vice president at a top-10 Twin Cities ad agency. Steve directs all of the firm’s research, creative, advertising and public relations activities.
Tanya Miller VanDenMeerendonk
Account & Online Manager
After working summers at Welland Laike through school, Tanya is now a full-time member of the team. She has experience with large companies and small businesses, while also specializing in nonprofit organizations and the arts. She resides in Minneapolis to better serve our Twin Cities customers. Tanya’s role at Welland Laike includes strategy, event planning and the creation and implementation of all website content and social media campaigns. And yes, she's Steve's daughter!
